The steps of the process

1. First meeting on your premises

   Concrete presentation of the economic model and the XEFI group (history, values, ambitions).

   

2. Visit to the XEFI group headquarters

   Invitation to the XEFI headquarters to discover the group’s activities, the associated services and the tools available to our franchisees.

   

3. Delivery of the DIP

   The objective of the PID (Pre-contractual Information Document) is to provide information to the candidate so that he/she can commit to a network with full knowledge of the facts.

   

4. Transfer of skills

   Initial training on the tools and processes and then official launch of your local XEFI agency.

   

5. Signature of the contract

   Signature of the contract between XEFI and the new franchisee. The franchise contract stipulates the obligations of each party.

   

6. Consolidate the relationship

   A moment of exchange “permanently available” to answer your financial, commercial, legal and human questions. The objective of this sequence is to consolidate our relationship.
