SYSTEMX joins XEFI Group
On 27 July 2021, the XEFI group acquired SYSTEMX, a publisher of software solutions dedicated to medical imaging. With this new acquisition, XEFI becomes a key player in medical imaging in France.
XEFI consolidates its expertise in the health sector
With the acquisition of X Medical Picture in 2019, we are continuing our development in the healthcare sector with the acquisition of SYSTEMX, a French software company (Backbone, RIS, PACS). SYSTEMX is specialised in the integration of solutions dedicated to medical imaging.
HEALTH
The acquisition of SYSTEMX allows the XEFI group to consolidate its expertise in the health sector and to complete its catalogue of services in software publishing.
CLOUD
This new merger, coupled with the acquisitions of iilyo and then IBO in 2021, will add to XEFI’s cloud expertise and know-how in data security. Thanks, in particular, to the 4 French datacenters of our subsidiary NEXEREN certified HDS (Health Data Host).
