Since its creation in 1997, the XEFI group has built a reputation as a French leader among VSEs/SMEs in the field of sales of IT and office equipment and associated services: maintenance, cloud, outsourcing, security, backup, printing, software solutions.
Our ambition: “ready-to-use” products and services, with no hidden costs, dedicated to all professionals, regardless of their size: VSEs, SMEs, ETIs and public administrations.
A true one-stop shop for local business, XEFI provides its customers with turnkey solutions for immediate responsiveness combined with very good value for money.
This local agency concept has been successfully modeled and deployed as a franchise since 2015. Today, more than 180 agencies serve our customers throughout France and our development is also accelerating in Europe.
With its 2,000 employees, the XEFI group also has a Datacenters subsidiary NEXEREN comprising 5 highly certified Datacenters allowing it to fully control the service chain. The first was built in 2013 and the second was inaugurated in 2019.
I created CFI, which became XEFI, more than 20 years ago, with a single idea in mind: TO SERVE!
To serve as best as possible, in all circumstances, by questioning myself every morning.
I wanted to build a company to serve customers first and foremost, but also the men and women who make it up, by creating sustainable value for all.
With this simple idea, fueled by a permanent ambition to grow, step by step, I did not think that it would take us so high in this magnificent adventure that is XEFI.
But above all, I did not think that these simple fundamentals would still allow us to grow today, without ever distorting the initial desire!
More than 20 years later, XEFI is more than ever a great human adventure in which many men and women have already grown and which knows how to make room for others, who are now arriving every day.
I welcome all those who are joining us, now from all over Europe, whether they are our customers, our partners, our franchisees, our employees or our young apprentices.

Our Datacenters are designed to evolve and follow technological innovations according to the IT needs of all our customers.
Our Datacenters have a very high level of certifications to ensure the security and availability of hosted data: Tier IV Design and Facility, Tier III Design and Facility, HDS, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and PCI-DSS.
On the development of the XEFI group in franchising
In 2014, building on the success of its business model in the South-East quarter of France, XEFI decided to accelerate its development.
XEFI has successfully developed, developed and modeled a high-performance and innovative concept intended to be deployed in franchising.
The first agency opened its doors in Clermont-Ferrand in 2015. Since then, more than 140 franchises in France and Europe have trusted the XEFI model.
